Mardi GrasMardi Gras day is celebrated on a different date each year in France as it is a lunar celebration. It is celebrated in February. Mardi Gras in held in New Orleans. In French Mardi grass means (fat Tuesday) .In Mardi Gras people dress up like fairy tale characters, clowns, they wear masks to disguise themselves. People in France decorate there house with yellow, purple and green ribbons. People in France dance along with their partners. They eat delicious France food well they enjoy watching the dances people perform. Mardi Gras Day is important in France because it is a festival that people in France can enjoy. If you went to this festival you will see people wearing masks, wearing fancy France cloths and dresses.
Tour de France Tour de France carnival starts on July the 4th and finishes on July the 24th. The Tour de France carnival is important because it is one of the worlds largest sporting event that happens only once a year. In Tour de France day people in France go out to watch the cycling race competition. Each year more than 500 people in France participate on this event This competition goes for 3 weeks. Each day there is a new winner. If you go to this carnival then you will see people cheering ,you will see more than 500 people riding on their bikes and competing with other competitors. You can bring food and drinks to the carnival.
Bastille DayBastille Day is celebrated on July the 14th. It is celebrated through out France. Bastille Day is important in France because in bastille day people in France celebrates the celebrations of French culture. In Bastille Day is a day of celebrations of French culture Bastille Day people in france celebrates the france culture. They have a military parade, wonderful musical performances, communal meals, dances and Spectacular fireworks displays.
